On 9 October we will be migrating our Support Portal, which includes the ticketing system and the Knowledge base, to a new version of the platform. There will therefore be an interruption to the accessibility of the Support Portal while we migrate and switch over to the new system. Once you are able to access the new portal, you will find a new, fresh look. All of your usual functionality will still be available. We hope you find this upgrade provides you with new ways in which to work with us in the community.
