Support portal migration in October

On 9 October we will be migrating our Support Portal, which includes the ticketing system and the Knowledge base, to a new version of the platform.  There will therefore be an interruption to the accessibility of the Support Portal while we migrate and switch over to the new system.  Once you are able to access the new portal, you will find a new, fresh look.  All of your usual functionality will still be available.  We hope you find this upgrade provides you with new ways in which to work with us in the community.

Will this also change the url of the portal, or to reach the individual tickets? Because these urls are used in a lot of TFS work items.

We also have dependencies related to the URLs (tickets numbers). Please let me know, if this approach will be changed.

    Hi Anastasia, Siska

Both for end-users and agents, old links will redirect to the new ones.

This is how Zendesk describes the behavior: "The agents and end-users will be redirected to the actual ticket either in Zendesk Agent interface or in the Help Center ticket list (for end-users). Zendesk picks all links provided for tickets and automatically redirects them to the new ones, so even though customers find the old links, they end up in the same interface and on the correct information."
